              Mrs. MARTHA CASWELL, Anoka Pioneer, Dies.
              
              Anoka, Minn., March 16 - Mrs. MARTHA A. CASWELL,
            mother of IRVING A. CASWELL, collector of customs
            for Minnesota, died last night at Los Angeles,
            according to word received here by relatives. She
            was 89 years old. Death followed an operation per-
            formed Sunday.
              Mrs. CASWELL was born at Bangor, Maine, and came
            to Anoka county in 1865. Twenty years ago she moved
            to California.
              Besides IRVING CASWELL, she is survived by two
            other sons, ARTHUR A. CASWELL, Anoka county auditor,
            and HERBERT CASWELL, who lives in California.
