Goodrich pub. 1905 - Hennepin Publishing Co., Minneapolis page 201 ALONZO COOK was born in Milan, New Hampshire, Oct. 16, 1831. Came to Minnesota in 1856, settling at Mannannah, Meeker Co. In August of that year he came to Anoka county and settled on a farm at Coon creek in the town of Anoka, where he died Apr. 27, 1863. His wife was ALMA J. CASWELL, daughter of MOODY CASWELL. One son is living, ALBERT D. COOK (Minneapolis). ===========================================================================
