                AMMI CUTTER COLEMAN was born in Anoka, Minn., June 16,
              1867, and was educated in the common schools and high
              school of Anoka. After leaving school he took up tele-
              graphy and bookkeeping. Feb. 15, 1890, he went to Great
              Falls, Montana, where he has been registrar of water
              works for fifteen years. He is unmarried.
