Goodrich pub. 1905 - Hennepin Publishing Co., Minneapolis page 199-200 EDGAR S. CLINCH (son of EDWARD S. CLINCH) was born in Anoka Aug. 4, 1865. Attended the common schools. Worked in the saw mills about four years. Since then he has worked in the pineries. Has been foreman of logging crews for several Minneapolis firms. Kept a hotel at Milaca, Minn., two years. Bought his present home in section 14, town of Ramsey in 1897. Mr. CLINCH was married Sept. 24, 1895, to SCLEDA B. SPROUL. ===========================================================================
