SANFORD D. IRONS, of this city, died Wednesday night at the home of her daughter, MRS. J. C. THOMAS, on Vine street. The deceased was born March 7, 1830, in New York, and was the daughter of LUKE and EMILY DEWITT. She came with her parents to Michigan in 1841 and was married to SANFORD D. IRONS, 1847. Thirteen children were born to them. MR. IRONS died July 4, 1900.
