DONNELLY We learn, with the most sincere regret, of the death of the oldest son of the Rev. J. and Mrs. DONNELLY, which occurred on Monday evening. It is not more than three months since their second child, a bright, intelli- gent boy, died suddenly of diphtheria; and so soon again their family circle has been invaded by the ruthless Destroyer-Death. In this hour of sore trial the afflicted parents will have the sympathies of the whole community in which they reside, among whom they are universally beloved and respected. [Transcriber's Note: The younger child's death was on 27 November, 1871 - E. C. DELEVAN DONNELLY.] Died - On Monday evening, Feb. 12, of membraneous croup, HOWARD PEDDIE, oldest son of Rev. JOHN and ADDIE DONNELLY, age 7 years, 6 months and 17 days. Funeral from Baptist church, Wednesday afternoon, at 2 o'clock (poetry omitted from this transcription) ===============================================================================
