Allen Royce & Co., was found dead in the mill about eight o'clock in the morning. It is supposed that he slipped and fell backwards from a plank upon which he was standing and tightening up some of the machinery in the lower part of the mill, and falling into the flume was drowned, being too much stunned to assist himself.
