The boy, with several others - none of whom could swim - went out on this occasion as they were wont to do, the shore being muddy, in a boat to bathe. The guard against accident they boys used ropes, fastened to their bodies, thus enabling themselves to play in the water, however deep it might be. Young FINKLER, becoming bold concluded to go in without his usual security and went to the bottom to rise no more alive. His body was recovered yesterday.
