The oil instantly ignited and in her endeavors to put out the flames, her own clothing caught fire. Her screams brought her mother to her assistance, who endeavored to smother her flaming clothing by wrapping her in a blanket, but all to no avail. Every vestige of her garments was burned off, and notwith- standing the constent exertions of the attending physicians and her friends, she expired at about 4 o'clock Friday morn- ing, having suffered unutterable agony. JULIA was a girl of prepossessing appearance, and beloved by all who knew her. Her parents have the sympathy of the whole community in their sad bereavement. =========================================================================== If you've reached this file through a SEARCH, you can access more of our growing collection of FREE online information by going to the following URL: http://www.us-data.org/ ===========================================================================
