When near the middle of the lake, the boat capsized, and all were thrown into the water, but succeeded in escaping with their lives, except D. H. HULBERT of Pentwater, who was drowned ***** a floating boom was al- most within reach. On Sunday the tug "B. W. Rice" with a party of friends went up to recover the body. After about forty minutes' the body was found in nearly sixty feet of water, and was brought to this place. The funeral was attended on last ******.
