FRIDAY, DECEMBER 22, 1871 VOLUME I, NUMBER 49 SHERIFF'S SALE. - By virtue of an execution, issued out of the Circuit Court for the County of Oceana, State of Michigan, and to me directed and delivered, dated on the 28th day of September, A.D. 1871, in favor of CHARLES WILLIAMS, plaintiff, and against the goods and chattels, and for want thereof then of the lands and tenements of WALTER WALDRATH, defendent, I did on the 9th day of October, A.D. 1871, levy upon all the right, title and interest of WALTER WALDRATH in and to the following described lands and premises, situated in the township of Pentwater, Oceana County, State of Michigan, to wit: Lot number four (4) and west half of lot number five (illegible) of block number twelve (12) of the Village of Pentwater, Oceana County, State of Michigan, according to the plat thereof as recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for said County and State. Therefore notice is hereby given that by the virtue of said execution I shall expose for sale and sell the above described lands and premises at public vendue, to the highest bidder, on Saturday, the 23d day of December, A.D. 1871, at two o'clock in the afternoon of said day, at the front door of the Court House in the village of Hart, in said County of Oceana.
