VOL. I, NO. 16 Friday, 5 May 1871 PROBATE ORDER. State of Michigan, County of Oceana, ss At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Oceana, holden at the Probate Office, in the village of Hart on Monday, the 10th day of April, in the year one thousand eight hundred and seventy one. Present AMOS CROSBY Judge of Probate. In the matter of the Estate of EUNICE ROBINSON, JAMES EDWARD ROBINSON and CHARLES ROBINSON, minors. On reading and filing the petition, duly verified of HENRY L. ROBINSON, guardian of said minors, praying that he may be licensed to sell the west half of the southeast quarter of section one (1) in township fifteen (15) north of Range sixteen (16) west, Oceana county and State of Michigan, real estate belonging to said minors. Thereupon it is ordered, that Monday the 5th day of June next at one o'clock in the afternoon, be assigned for the hearing of said peti- tion, and that the heirs at law of said deceased, and all persons interested in said estate, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the village of Hart in said County and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted; And it is further ordered that said petitioner give notice to the persons interested in said estate, of the pendency of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the East Shore News a newspaper printed and circulated in said County of Oceana for at least three (3) successive weeks, previous to said day of hearing.
