      PROBATE ORDER
      STATE OF MICHIGAN}
       County of Oceana} ss:

        At a session of the Probate Court for the county of Oceana, holden
      at the Probate office in the village of Hart, on Monday, the 10th day
      of April, in the year one thousand eight hundred and seventy-one.
        Present, AMOS CROSBY, Judge of Probate.
        In the matter of the estate of KAW-BAY-GE-ZHE-GO-QUAY, deceased.
      On reading and filing the petition, duly verified, of PATRICK BAILEY,
      who was the husband of said deceased, praying that he may be appoint-
      ed administrator of the estate of said deceased.
        Thereupon it is ordered that Monday, the 5th day of June next, at
      one o'clock in the afternoon, be assigned for the hearing of said
      petition, and that the heirs at law of said deceased, and all other
      persons interested in said estate, are required to appear at a ses-
      sion of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate office, in the
      village of Hart, in said county, and show cause, if any there be, why
      the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted; And it is further
      ordered that said petitioner give notice to the persons interested in
      said estate, of the pendency of said petition, and the hearing there-
      of by causing a copy of this order to be published in the East Shore
      News, a newspaper printed and circulated in said county of Oceana,
      for three successive weeks, previous to said day of hearing.
