FRIDAY, DECEMBER 22, 1871 VOLUME I, NUMBER 49. CORONER'S SALE. - By virtue of an execution, issued out of the Circuit Court for the County of Oceana and State of Michigan, and to me directed and delivered, dated the 29th day of September, A.D. 1871, in favor of HERVEY S. SAYLES, and against the goods and chattels, and for want thereof then of the lands and tenements of JAMES S. BROWN, I did on the 17th day of October, A.D. 1871, levy upon all the right, title and interest of JAMES S. BROWN in and to the following described land and premises, situated in Township No. 15, north of range 15 west, County of Oceana and State of Michigan, to wit: the northwest quarter of section thirty (30), town 15 north range 15 west, in Oceana County, State of Michigan. Therefore notice is hereby given, that by virtue of said execution I shall expose and offer for sale, and sell at public auction to the highest bidder, on Saturday, the 23d day of December, A.D. 1871, at two o'clock in the afternoon of said day, at the front door of the court house in the village of Hart, in said County of Oceana.
