         WILL H. WIGTON was born in Erie County, Penn., November
       20, 1858, being grandson to MAHAR WIGTON, and son of JOHN
       E. WIGTON. Settled in Hart in 1866; commenced in the boot
       and shoe line, March 1881, on State Street, and is doing
       an extensive business in that line.
