He was born September 5, 1830, in Tunbridge, Orange Co., Vt.; came to Branch County, Mich., September 26, 1855, and there, in 1857, he married Julia M. Cummings. For a number of years, when he first came into Otto, Mr. Adams lumbered for firms on White Lake. ==========================================================================
