         White Cloud Farmer
           Loses in Death Race
           
         Grand Rapids, Mich., July 15 -
         KONSTANT RUKSZA, White Cloud farmer,
       yesterday motored home alone defeated
       in his race with death for the life of
       his daughter MARY, 8.
         RUKSZA sped here late Wednesday night
       with the little girl who had become
       seriously ill as a result of a fall
       two weeks ago. She lost consciousness
       at the doors of the hospital and failed
       to rally from an operation.
