It is in good condition. Facilities for bathing are two bath rooms. The buildings are warmed by steam, and ventilated by transoms over doors and windows. The paupers have good treatment. Food is good and substantial. The clothing consists of woolen in winter and cotton in summer. The sick have good care. We have two rooms fitted up for keeping insane temporarily.
