              Death of an Old Citizen. - PATRICK EGAN, one
            of the oldest citizens of the place, died Tuesday
            evening as the result of an injury received in
            December last by falling into a well. MR. EGAN
            was an industrious, upright citizen whose demise
            will be generally mourned. He leaves a wife and
            family of grown up children. The funeral takes
            place this morning at 9 o'clock.
