              Young Man Falls Away While Ascending a Ladder.
              
              ALBERT LARSON, a young man born and raised in
            Champion, met death at the Champion mine Saturday
            last. He started up a ladder, carrying three drills,
            and fell, dropping a distance of nearly thirty feet.
            He struck his head, fracturing the skull.
