Marquette, Mich., July 12. - JAMES BURNS, aged 43, of Troy, N.Y., who came here from Chicago to work on the extra gang of the South Shore, was found dead on the tracks in the yards here Thursday morning. It is said he had drawn his pay and had been in town several days drinking then started back to his work when he was struck by a train. Undertaker HAGER wired Murphy & Pennamen, Providence, R.I., for information. It is claimed that his brother- in-law is employed by them as a bricklayer. If no word is received, the body will be buried by the county. =========================================================================
