XIV. OLD SERIES, NO. 6 VOL. I NEW SERIES, NO. 20 HENRY GERLACH, one of the oldest pioneers of Macomb county, was fatally injured in front of his home, on the Gratiot plank road, by a wagon with a load of hay. He lived about two hours after the accident. Mr. GERLACH was 83 years of age, and had lived 40 years in the township. He was the father-in-law of PETER HUEKEL of Detroit. ==========================================================================
