The parties live in Muttonville, a settlement on the northern boundary of the city. The young man, though aged but 21, whipped the grandfather, who has seen more than three times the number of years that he has, and came off victorious. TOPLER was taken be- fore Justice DYER, and fined $10. He had hardly quitted the court room, when Constable HINES arrested him for assaulting one EDWARD COOK. For this offense he was found guilty, but released under suspended sentence. Sheriff JENNINGS arrested a young man, named JESSE ELLIS, last evening, for assaulting his mother, CHARLOTTE ELLIS. These parties are also residents of Muttonville, which section appears to be prolific of rows. The case was adjourned. ===============================================================================
