H. CURTIS. - The remains of "WILLIE" CURTIS, who died in the hospital at Washington a few days since, arrived in this village on Saturday last, and were interred on Sabbath. An excellent funeral sermon was preached by Rev. A. R. Bartlett. It is well known to our village readers that "WILLIE" enlisted with his father, MR. PHILO CURTIS, under Lieut. Wad- dell, and that, at the time of his enlistment, he was the very picture of health, full of buoyant and happy spirits - But "death loves a shining mark," and WILLIE was the first one of that noble company to receive his "forever discharge." ===========================================================================
