         Died - 
         
         In Pinckney, - July 15th, 1862, SARAH L., daughter
       of OLIVER and SARAH FORTNER, aged 12 years and 11
       months.
       
         In Pinckney, Nov. 20th, 1862, GEORGE, son of OLIVER
       and SARAH FORTNER, aged 1 year and 11 months.
       
         MR. FORTNER'S family has been truly afflicted, having
       in a little over three years, lost by death three prom-
       ising children.
