JEFFERS, father-in-law of S. De Golyer, was killed at Hudson about 12 o'clock to-day by the loco- motive of the day express bound west. He was walking on the railroad track in the eastern part of the village at a point near the curve, and was not seen by the engi- neer until too late to stop the train. MR.
