His name was A. L. HOBART. He was baggageman on the train, and, when the usual signal of danger was given by the engineer, he, with every employe on the train, jumped for the brakes. HOBART had just got on to the platform of the last car when they were thrown from the track. Three of his ribs were broken, and it is thought they punctured his lungs, as he bled considerably from the wind-pipe. He leaves a wife, and a son seven or eight years old, in this city. The corpse was taken on board the cars this afternoon, to be conveyed to Syracuse, N.Y. for interment. - Adrian Watchtower, July 8. ===========================================================================
