         Attempted Suicide - MRS. SEAMAN, alias FIDELIA ANN
       FISH, attempted to commit suicide this forenoon, at
       her residence on North Main street,by taking laudanum.
       How much she took is not known. She was soon discovered
       by her immediate neighbors, desperately sick. A physi-
       cian was promptly summoned, and the proper remedies
       administered, which relieved her, and she is now out
       of danger.
