He had lost a child, and was very sick him- self, and was supposed to have been delirious at the time of committing the act. Rev. G. L. FOSTER, pastor of the Presbyterian church at Lapeer, died Sept. 9, aged 58 years. He was a man of high attainments and greatly esteemed by all who knew him. ===========================================================================
