[287-289] Wahjamega, September 16, 1916. The Board convened at the Michigan Farm Colony for Epileptics. Present: Commissioners McCormick, Jopling, Loutit, and the Secretary. The following resolution pertaining to the transfer of patients from the Michigan Home and Training School to the Michigan Farm Colony for Epileptics was presented: Whereas, Section 36, Act No. 173, Public Acts of 1913, provides that epileptic persons who have been committed to the Michigan Home and Training School, and who are proper subjects to be admitted to the Mich- igan Farm Colony for Epileptics may, by resolution to the joint boards of control of said institutions, and the approval of the said board of corrections and charities, be transferred to said Michigan Farm Colony for Epileptics, and Whereas, Dr. H. A. Haynes, Medical Superintendent of the Michigan Home and Training School, and Dr. R. L.
