           Two men named OSBORN and BURDICK, living at Luther, Lake
        county, had a quarrel, in the course of which BURDICK drew
        his revolver and shot OSBORN three times. One ball grazed
        his scalp and the other two entered his back, one passing
        completely through his body. The wounds are probably fatal.
        BURDICK gave himself up. Business and domestic matters 
        occasioned the quarrel.
