He was employed at those mines three years; next at the Hancock, and subsequently two years at the Calumet under Capt. RICHARDS; he has also worked at copper dress- ing with the Schoolcraft, St. Clair, AEtna and Amygdaloid Mines. At these latter mills he was foreman copper dresser. In 1874, he engaged with the Phoenix Company in his present position. ==========================================================================
