         Grand Rapids, Mich., April 9 - (Special) -
         KONRAD MUELLER, aged 50, a well-known German,
       committed suicide late last night at his home
       by taking strychnine. He left a note to his
       wife stating that he had so much trouble he
       did not care to live any longer.
