         Death of JOHN N. DWIGHT
         
         We regret to announce the very sudden death of one 
       of our oldest, best known and most respectable citi-
       zens, on Monday morning last. He had just risen from
       bed and was in the act of dressing, when he suddenly
       fell upon the bed and expired. His disease was sup-
       posed to be an affection of the heart. MR. DWIGHT was
       one of our first settlers, and will be kindly remem-
       bered by a numerous and extensive circle of acquain-
       tances and friends. - Jackson Citizen
