        The cemetery trustees of Lansing have adopted an effective plan
     form bringint to time well-to-do citizens who have failed to meet pay-
     ments on notes given in part payment for their cemetery lots.  They
     have announced that if these overdue obligations are not liquidated
     within a reasonable time the bodies buried in the lots of the delin-
     quents will be disinterred and buried in the potter's field and the
     delinquents dispossessed of their lots.
