The Hillsdale Standard
Tuesday, 26 July 1859

         Died in this Village on the 24th inst.
       GEO. L. MOORE, of appoplexy of the lungs. Aged
       40 years. The deceased was born and raised in
       Cayuga Co., N.Y. Seventeen years ago he removed
       to this County where he has since resided. He
       leaves a large circle of relatives and friends
       to mourn his unexpected death.
