                              GRATIOT

        Infirmary a mile and a half from Ithaca.  The building has recently
     been remodeled and the old frame portion has given way to a brick ad-
     dition which is the men's apartment, and adds greatly to the capacity
     of the building.  The stoves have been displaced by a steam heating
     plant; it has good water supply and sewerage and fair bathing
     facilities.
