              ISAAC SODERBERG, a Finnish miner, 32 years old
            and married, was killed in the Ludington shaft of
            the Chapin mine Tuesday by a piece of timber which
            fell from the mouth of the shaft, a distance of
            700 feet, striking him on the head. A wife and six
            children survive him.
