              New Steamers - Capt. Garret, of Oshkosh is
            now building a steamer to ply on Fox River
            and Lake Winnebago. A friend writes us - "The
            Capt." has decided to call his new Steamer
            the BERLIN, in honor of your thriving town.
            She is 100 feet in length, is to be finished
            with upper deck Cabin, Saloon, &c., and to be
            ready for business at the opening of navigation-
            - Marquette Mercury.
