PLEASANT, May 30 - MRS. SADIE LYTLE McCULLOCH, 71, of Gladwin, died Tuesday at her farm home, one mile north and one mile west of Beaverton, after an illness of two years. She was the daughter of JOHN LYTLE, pioneer resident of Gladwin county, who reached the age of 103. Mrs. Mc- CULLOCH was born January 19, 1870, in Lindsay, Ont., and came to Gladwin in 1882. She was married to WILLIS H. McCULLOCH November 11, 1891. She was a member of Beaverton Methodist church and president of Grout Benevolent Aid society for the past 20 years. She leaves three sons, ASHLEY of Flint, CHESTER of Fresno, Calif., and WILLIS at home; three daughters, Mrs. FAY PARRETT of Cass City; Mrs. ORA WATSON of Royal Oak; and Mrs. IDA McGUIRE, principal of the Beaverton junior high school; one sister, Mrs. ELIZABETH BROWN of Peterboro, Ont.; two brothers, ROBERT and WILLIAM of Gladwin, founders of the lumber mill on the Merrill farm; 13 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock at the Beaverton Methodist church, the Rev. Mr. Harold Hodgson officiating.
