                             CHEBOYGAN

        Infirmary three miles from Cheboygan.  A frame, two story building,
     comparatively small and altogether inadequate for the need; necessar-
     ily difficult to care for in its crowded condition; a heating plant
     has been installed; the bathing facilities are very poor and makes it
     extremely difficult to enforce right discipline in this regard.  The
     building should be remodeled and englarged.
