              MR. JAMES WELDRICH, once before noticed in The
            Herald as a war veteran, awarded a pension for
            partial blindness, is dead. He served with his
            two sons and was a prisoner in Libby six months.
            It is to be hoped his widow - mother of the soldier-
            sons - will not be forgotten in her old age.
