CHAS L. BAILEY, JAMES MACK, MRS. E. P. SMITH and Miss MARY FISHER were taking a pleasure ride in a small sail boat on Crystal Lake - four miles north of Frankfort. The boat capsized about a quarter of a mile out, with a fresh breeze from the land. They clung to the boat about an hour before assistance came to their rescue, but before they were reached BAILEY became chilled through, released his hold and went down to rise no more. MACK and Miss FISHER were taken from the wreck insensible, though holding on with a death grasp, and were restored to consciousness after several hours of great effort. MRS. SMITH retained her consciousness throughout the whole time, but was nearly ex- hausted and chilled through. BAILEY was a young man of about 21. ===============================================================================
