JULIA B., wife of DR. W. E. VAUGHN, and sister of CHARLES H. CHAPMAN, ESQ., of the Commercial, died of consumption, at Bay City, Thursday foremoon, April 11, aged 29 years. The remains will be brought to this city, and buried, from the Congregational Church, on Saturday afternoon, at 2 o'clock, Rev.
