WESLEY, at Bay City, on the morning of the 5th, of inflammation of the lungs. He had been a resident of Bay City about 8 years, where by industry and frugality he amassed quite a fortune, as well as gained the confidence and esteem of his employers and acquaintances. His remains were brought home on the 7th. A large number of his early acquaintances attended the funeral at the white church in Scrapit on the afternoon of the 8th. The funeral discourse was delivered by the Rev. Crum, of Bay City, his former pastor.
