Hastings, Mich., June 23. - Accused by his sister of grand larceny, DAVID OSWILL, aged 60 years, a farmer residing in Rutland, has been bound over for trial. OSWILL was arrested on complaint of MRS. MELVINA WEBSTER, a former resident of Middleville, who went to live with her brother after her husband died last fall. Her household goods were packed in boxes and stored in OSWILL'S home. She became ill, and while staying in the county hospital, she de- clares her brother broke open the boxes and helped himself to her belongings.
