MR. DECKER was closely identi- fied with the early history of Northern Bay and Arenac Counties, where he carved out a home and resided from 1865 until his visit to Florida last month. He was 72 years of age and was for many years an esteemed and honored member of the Board of Supervisors of Bay County up to the time of the erection of the County of Arenac. A widow and a daughter and son (MRS. J. E. WING, of Bay- ard, Fla., and J. J. DECKER, of the Arenac Independent) survive him. The remains will be brought to Arenac for burial some time during the coming winter. ===========================================================================
