         Kalamazoo - April 15, - GEORGE REX, an old resident and
       prosperous farmer near Otsego, died suddenly of paralysis
       yesterday, aged 74. He had been feeling extraordinarily 
       well during the day, walking from one farm to another. The
       funeral occurs today at the residence.
