Monday, 1 September 1890

         Lewiston - August 31. - Hon. JESSE DREW of Fort
       Fairfield, died today at the residence of Col. DREW
       of this city, aged 82. He was a native of Turner.
       He served as sheriff of Oxford county two years and
       was an officer in the custom house at Fort Fairfield
       16 years and representative to the state legislature
       in 1886.
