Wednesday, 15 December 1920

         MRS. EMMA W. WITHERELL, 83, widow of WILLIAM S.
       WITHERELL, died yesterday at the home of her daughter,
       MRS. HATTIE B. DICKINSON of Woodbridge street. MRS.
       WITHERELL was born in So. Hadley. She leaves two
       daughters, MRS. DICKINSON, with whom she lived, and
       MRS. HENRY WILLIAMS of Waterbury, Ct., and a sister,
       MRS. HARRIET LYMAN of this town. The funeral will be
       held at the home of MRS. DICKINSON tonight at 7:30.
       Rev. J. G. Nichols will officiate at the services.
         The body will be taken to Thomaston, Ct., in charge
       of Undertaker G. H. Foster for burial.
